he research project "Beer and Pubs in Czech society" has been implemented by the CVVM SOÚ AV ČR continuously since 2004. This press release presents basic results on the image of the Czech pub among the Czech public, the functions it fulfils and an assessment of the changes it is undergoing, including the expected direction of further development.
The last section is devoted to questions on pubs in the place of residence and their disappearance or creation in recent years.
