85% of respondents are satisfied with life in their place of residence (26% very satisfied, 59% somewhat satisfied). Overall satisfaction with life in the place of residence is higher in rural communities and large cities.
In terms of the evaluation of specific living conditions, the highest satisfaction is with the technical equipment of municipalities (sewerage, etc.), waste collection, the availability of shops, schools, sports facilities, neighborly relations, safety, and the environment. The lowest satisfaction is with the level of wages in the locality, job opportunities, the condition of roads, the construction of new apartments, and services for the elderly and disabled. For some items, the low level of satisfaction is influenced by a higher proportion of "don't know" responses.
