In its research, the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on the coronavirus crisis and citizens' experiences with it. In July almost three-quarters (74%) of Czech citizens over the age of 15 were interested in the situation regarding the new coronavirus that causes COVID-19.
Approximately one-fifth of respondents (22%) expressed willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Less than a quarter (24 %) of respondents took a negative attitude towards vaccination against COVID-19 and a half (50%) has already received at least the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
About two-thirds (66%) of Czech citizens consider what the Czech state has done against the spread of coronavirus as appropriate.
