In the January survey the Public Opinion Research Centre examined two questions related to evaluation of material living conditions of respondent's households, and to expectation of development of these conditions in this year.
More than one half (51%) of Czechs evaluates material living conditions of their households as good, 11% consider them to be bad, and 38% think they are "neither good, nor bad".
57% of Czechs expect no change of their current material living conditions, according to 22% they will improve, and 18% think that material living conditions of their households will worsen in this year.
