Level of urgency of various areas of public life – November 2025

According to Czech citizens, the most urgent problem is corruption, with 57% of respondents considering its solution to be very urgent. This is followed by the state of public finances (55%), where the public reflects on the state budget deficits. Third in the ranking is healthcare, with 47% of respondents considering it to be “very urgent.”

The least urgent issues are the supply of goods and services (9% of respondents consider this very urgent) and, above all, culture (7%). Third from the bottom is transport services (18%).
It is clear that the higher urgency of a number of items is due to public concerns about developments in the economic, political, and security situation in the Czech Republic.
