Popularity of politicians

In January survey, CVVM investigated whether the respondents confide in selected constitutional bodies. This time the submitted list included the names of 26 politicians

(all members of the government, president, ombudsman, chairmen of Senate and Chamber of Deputies, chairmen of Parlament Parties and euro-commissioner Špidla).

Now it is president Václav Klaus, who is viewed as the most trustworthy person among our top politicians.

He is found the most trustworthy person by two thirds of respondents (64%). As a second most trustworthy person was chosen Pavel Dostál (60%) and the third most trustworthy was the ombudsman Otakar Motejl, trusted by 56 % of the respondents. He is followed by minister Petra Buzková, who enjoys confidence

from 46 % of respondents, she is followed by prime ministr Stanislav Gross, who is supposed to be trustworthy by two fifths of respondents(38%). Almost a third of respondents trust in these : foreign minister Svoboda, chairman of ODS Topolánek and chairman of Kdu-ČSL Kalousek.
