Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation

In December 2005 Czech citizens expressed the highest level of trust to the president of the country, who enjoyed confidence of 69 % of Czech citizens. 43 % of respondents trust in government. Both Chambers of Parliament were considered to be least trustworthy. 27% of Czech citizens trust in Chamber of Deputies and 22% people confide in Senate. 43 % respondents find their Regional council trustworthy and 63 % of respondents trust in their Local councils.

In our country dissatisfaction with current political situation prevails.
