Evaluation of the the Czech Education System and Opportunities to Receive Education by Czech Public – September 2019
A regular CVVM survey in September 2019 investigated the opinions of the Czech Public on the level of education and the opportunities to receive education in the Czech Republic. More specifically, the questions were focused on the level of education in selected types of schools, the possibility to gain education based on one´s abilities, the evaluation of one´s own education in terms of developing certain skills and competences and how the educational system is able to develop different aspects of pupils and students.
Citizens on Economic Situation of the Czech Republic and Living Standard of Their Households - September 2019
According to the September 2019 survey of CVVM, 52% of people evaluate the current economic situation in the Czech Republic as good, 34% view it as neither good nor bad, and 13% consider it to be bad.
Trust to Some Public Institutions – September 2019
In September 2019 as a part of Public Opinion Research Centre's survey there was a question investigating citizens' trust to some social institutions.
Attitudes towards political parties in Czech society – September 2019
In September, the Public Opinion Research Centre asked a set of questions related to attitudes of the Czech citizens towards Czech political parties. The results suggest that attitudes have improved over the last two years.
Popularity of Party Representatives - September 2019
In September 2019 the Public Opinion Research Centre of the Institute of Sociology the Czech Academy of Sciences investigated whether respondents trust to selected politicians. They were given a list with 19 names of top politicians who represent political parties present in the Chamber of Deputies.
Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation in September 2019
In September 2019 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.
Likely voter model in September 2019
In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in September 2019, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: the likely voter model and the party preferences.
The likely voter model indicates anticipated result of hypothetical elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the time of conducting the survey.
The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.

Knowledge about and evaluations of nuclear fusion – May 2019
In the Our Society survey of May 2019, the annual battery of questions on energy issues was complemented with some special questions. Also included were questions on nuclear fusion as one of the potential energy sources that has long been in the focus of research by many countries and international groupings. More specifically, the survey inquired whether people have ever heard of nuclear fusion and what, to what extent they feel familiar with the topic, how they perceive the pros and cons of nuclear fusion in terms of continuing or discontinuing research into it, whether they find nuclear fusion to be a good or rather bad option to produce energy, and whether they are in favour or against the development of fusion energy in Europe.
Czech Public Opinion on Nuclear Energy – May 2019
In its May 2019 survey, the Our Society series included a battery of questions on issues of nuclear energy. The survey examined public opinion about whether the proportion of nuclear energy in electricity production should increase or decrease in future, what people think about completing the third and fourth units of the Temelín Nuclear Power Station (TNPS), whether or not they are concerned about the use of nuclear energy in the country, and whether they have confidence in the government’s decisions about the development of nuclear energy.
Public on Development of Electricity Consumption, and Possibility to Substitute Conventional Resources in Energy Production - May 2019
In the May survey the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on the issue of energetics. The survey dealt with a question of the future development of electricity consumption in the country, and whether or not it is possible to replace the production of electricity from conventional sources with alternative sources.
Self-Classification on the Left-Right Scale of Political Orientation - June 2019
In the June survey the Public Opinion Research Centre gave all respondents a question that at eleven-point scale measures the left-right political orientation: "In politics, people sometimes talk about right and left. Where would you place yourself ranked on this scale?"
