Czech Public's Attitudes to Foreign countries - December 2015

In December survey CVVM investigated how sympathetic or unsympathetic are some selected countries to the Czech public. In this survey 26 countries were selected. The most sympathetic country among them according to Czech citizens is Slovakia followed by France, Austria, Great Britain, Sweden and Italy.

Attitude of Czech Public to Accepting of Refugees – December 2015

In December 2015 Public Opinion Research Centre included a blok of questions connected to accepting  refugees from countries affected by military conflicts. Questions focused mainly on opinion towards accepting refugees from concrete regions (Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa), concern with the current situation around  refugees and  perception of the situation as a security threat. In November survey the Public Opinion Research Centre gave its respondents two questions concerning the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP). Attitude of Czech Public to Accepting of Refugees - October and November 2015

In October and November 2015 surveys of Public Opinion Research Centre focused on attitudes of the public towards accepting  refugees from countries affected by military conflicts, perception of the situation as a security threat and evaluation of the current activities of various groups in the conflict and about. Opinons of the Czech public toward the events on Ukraine - October 2015

According to the survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre, 39 % of Czech citizens are interested in current events in Ukraine. Respondents were also asked about their perception of the situation as a security threat, of the current activities of various groups in the conflict and about active participation of international community in solving the situation.
