The Most Significant Personality in the Czech Republic of 2015
In February, the Centre for Public Opinion Research asked respondents who was the most significant personality of public life in the past year. There was no offer of answers given to respondents so they had the opportunity to respond absolutely spontaneously. They could mention up to two different names. Results of our survey show that, for the Czech citizens, the most significant personalities are high representatives of Czech country and government.

Satisfaction with the Situation in Selected Areas of Public Life - February 2016
In February 2016, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated how satisfied they are with the situation in 29 selected areas of public life. The best evaluated areas are the selection of goods and services (75% satisfied) and culture (67%).

Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation in February 2016
In February 2016 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.

Attitude of Czech Public to Accepting of Refugees – January 2016
In January 2016 Public Opinion Research Centre included a blok of questions connected to accepting refugees from countries affected by military conflicts. Questions focused mainly on opinion towards accepting refugees from concrete regions (Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa), concern with the current situation around refugees and perception of the situation as a security threat.
