In September 2015 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR replicated some of the questions about beer, which constitute a part of research project Pubs and Beer in Czech Society that is under way since 2004. This press release maps basic results of questions about the choice of beer, preference of favourite brands and willingness to tray unfamiliar ones and also about the interest in information concerning beer.

The status of non-alcoholic beer is mentioned too.

October survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre examined general political orientation of citizens.

In November survey CVVM investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: Party preference and a model of voting behaviour.

Party preferences give us information about public sympathy with political Parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in  elections or they do not knot who to vote for.

Voting model indicate anticipated result of elections to Chamber of Deputies in the time of the survey. Voting model comes out of Party preferences but it includes only those who want to take part in elections and they answered us a Party they would vote for – in short this group does not include undecided people and non – voters.

In October 2015 Public Opinion Research Centre's survey investigated views of Czech citizens on some social conditions. From all specific social conditions included in the survey people evaluate mostly positively only the accessibility of education (87% positively, 10% critically) and the health care (78% : 21%).

In October 2015 as a part of Public Opinion Research Centre's survey there was a question investigating citizens' trust to the selected social institutions. Confidence significantly prevails in the case of army, police, radio, courts and the Internet.

On the occasion of coming anniversary, Public Opinion Research Centre investigated public opinion regarding the Velvet Revolution and its consequences to different areas of life in the Czech Republic. >> Full text is available in Czech only <<

In October of this year the Public Opinion Research Center focused its regular research on a number of issues relating to foreigners who have long term or permanent residence in the Czech Republic.

According to the survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre, 39 % of Czech citizens are interested in current events in Ukraine. Respondents were also asked about their perception of the situation as a security threat, of the current activities of various groups in the conflict and about active participation of international community in solving the situation. In October 2015 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR investigated whether respondents trust to selected top politicians. They were given a list with 27 names of top politicians. In a survey there were included names of membres of Parliament, president, chairmen of Senate and Chamber of Deputies, leaders of political parties in Parliament and chief of Constitutional Court.
