In June survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated the activities of political parties and some institutions. Standard school classification was used for the evaluation, where the best performance is represented by number one and the worst performance by number five.

In June 2018 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.

Likely voter model in June 2018

In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in June 2018, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: the likely voter model and the party preferences.

The likely voter model indicates anticipated result of hypothetical elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the time of conducting the survey.

The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.

Popularity of Party Representatives - May 2018

In May 2018 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR investigated whether respondents trust to selected politicians. They were given a list with 18 names of top politicians who represent political parties present in the Chamber of Deputies.

In relation to so-called "eight" anniversaries were conducted public opinion reseraches in The Czech republic and in Slovakia focusing on how citizens view these historical events and individual historical figures . Attitude of Czech Public to Accepting of Refugees - April 2018

In April 2018 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to accepting refugees from countries affected by military conflicts. Questions focused mainly on opinion towards accepting refugees from concrete regions (Ukraine, Middle East and North Africa), concern with the current situation around refugees and perception of the situation as a security threat.

Czech public opinion on the current situation in Ukraine – April 2018

In the opinion poll carried out in April 2018 by the Public Opinion Research Centre, questions regarding the current situation in Ukraine were included. More specifically, the questionnaire asked surveyors about their concerns for the situation in Ukraine, and their perception of it as a security threat to the Czech Republic, Europe, and the World.
