NATO from the perspective of Czech citizens - January 2014
In January 2014 Public Opinion Research Centre carried out a survey concerning NATO, its necessity as a military-political organization and the influence of existence and conduct of NATO on the security of its members, the relationships within and outside the organization, on the peace and stability and on the treatment of terrorism threat.
Satisfaction with the Situation in Selected Areas of Public Life - January 2014
In January 2014, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated how satisfied they are with the situation in 29 selected areas of public life. The best evaluated areas are the selection of goods and services (75% satisfied) and culture (61%). The worst evaluated items are corruption (88% dissatisfied), unemployment (85%), economic crime (80%), the situation in public finances (68%), and the area of social security (69%).
Party Preferences and Voting Model in February 2014
In February survey CVVM investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: Party preference and a model of voting behaviour.
Party preferences give us information about public sympathy with political Parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not knot who to vote for.
Public opinion on performance of president Miloš Zeman - January 2014
In its regular survey in January 2014 the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on questions about the Miloš Zeman's presidency. Most Czechs think that president Zeman fulfills his constitutional functions (53 %) and he is in contact with people and knows their problems (52 %).

Citizens on the Constitutional Competencies of the President - January 2014
January's survey of CVVM made an inquiry into the attitudes of citizens towards the constitutional competencies of the president. Questions in the survey concerned the range of presidential competencies in general and also with regard to several particular competencies such as granting of amnesty or stopping a lawsuit, dismissing the Chamber of Deputies and refusing the law passed by the parliament. Two questions asked about the role of president in appointing the Board of the Czech National Bank and in appointing the judges of the Constitutional Court.

Attitudes of Citizens to the Presidential Office - January 2014
January's survey of CVVM asked questions regarding the attitudes towards the office of president of the Czech Republic. Questions focused on the mechanism of presidential election, the personal profile of suitable presidential candidate, his or her relations to the government and government appointment, on the position of president in the foreign policy and on the problems president should pay attention in his or her office.

Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation in January 2014
In January 2014 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to Chambers of Parliament, President, Local and Regional Councils.

Public Opinion about Transfer of Sudet-German and about President Benes Decrees
In December survey CVVM asked respondents some questions about Benes decrees.
Currently 50 % respondents share the opinion that Benes Decrees should continue to be in force, 14 % stood up for their cancellation, and 36 % had no opinion on this issue.
Another question posed was about the expulsion of Sudet-Germain people from Czech borderland in 1945-6.
Czech Public's Attitudes to Foreign countries - December 2013
In December survey CVVM investigated how sympathetic or unsympathetic are some selected countries to the Czech public. In this survey 24 countries were selected.
