Economic situation and material living conditions from the perspective of public opinion in central european comparison
As a part of June survey CVVM used some questions concerning current evaluation and expectation of near future development of country's economic situation and material living conditions of households. Within CEORG organization similar surveys are also regularly realized in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia. This press information offers comparison of their basic results.

Environment And Global Problems In View Of Czech Public
Within May survey CVVM focused on the environment. People were asked whether they are interested in information concerning environmental situation in Czech Republic, if they have sufficiency or insufficiency of these information and how Czech Republic cares about protection of the environment in general. The survey also investigated how Czech citizens evaluate gravity of some problems related to global environment.
Public Opinion on U.S. Anti-Missile Radar Base in Czech Republic
June survey of CVVM followed two questions related to the plan to locate U.S. anti-missile radar in Czech Republic. The survey investigated Czech public's attitudes to this plan as well as to eventual referendum on this matter. The report contains main results of analysis of sociodemographic differences and time comparison with previous surveys of these questions.

Czechs about some aspects of work life
In June survey Centre for Public Opinion Research investigated what aspects of work life are supposed to be important or not for Czechs. Respondents were shown a list with 8 statements concerning employment and they were asked to say whether any of these aspects is “very important”, “rather important”, rather unimportant”, totally unimportant” for them. Economically active people also said whether any of these aspects concerns their current job.
Satisfaction with current conditions of some areas of life
As a part of June survey realized by CVVM there was a question which asked the respondents how they would evaluate some areas of life. The addressed citizens evaluated e.g. Foreign relations of the Czech Republic, Environment, School system, Transport services, Science and Research, Corruption, Culture, Observance of human rights, Economic criminality, EU Membership of the Czech Republic, situation in Army, Goods and Service supply or Standard of living.
Czech citizens about unemployment
In June survey CVVM investigated problems of unemployment. We were interested in how Czech citizens evaluate current and future level of unemployment, their attitudes to difficulty of finding employment in a case of unemployment or the probability of job loss. Comparison with the results from previous surveys and sorting according to sociodemographic indicators are part of report as well.

In June 2007 CVVM SOÚ AV ČR investigated whether respondents trust to selected politicians. They were given a list with 29 names of top politicians who represent political parties present in Chamber of Deputies.
Prestige of professions
In June survey CVVM focused on prestige of some professions in eyes of Czech public. All respondents were shown a list with 26 professions and they were instructed: „There are some professions on a list. Please choose a profession you respect the most and write there 99 points, then choose the one you respect the least a write there 1 point. Afterwards add to other profession points from 02 to 98 according to you opinion.
Ecological behaviour of Czechs
In May 2007 Centre for Public Opinion Research investigated how Czechs and their households are active in environment protection and what possible precautions concerning environment protection they would agree with. The results are filled in with comments concerning sorting of answers according to sociodemographic indicators.
Evaluation of economic transformation after year 1989
In June survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., used a question that was focused on public evaluation of Czech economic transformation after year 1989. Other questions asked Czech citizens about reasons why they suppose the economic transformation to be successful or unsuccessful. As a part of this press information the answers are sorted according to sociodemographic indicators of the addressed sample of population.

In June 2007 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was also included a question about their trust to other Constitutional institutions (besides the regularly included institutions: Chambers of Parliament, Government, President, Local and Regional Councils): Ombudsman, the Constitutional Court and the Supreme audit office.
