Urgency of Some Problems in the View of Public Opinion - February 2014
In February of this year, respondents of the Public Opinion Research Centre evaluated the urgency of solving in some areas of public life. The most urgent problems are supposed to be unemployment and corruption.
Party Preferences and Voting Model in March 2014
In March survey CVVM investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: Party preference and a model of voting behaviour.
Party preferences give us information about public sympathy with political Parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not knot who to vote for.
Evaluation of 1989 System Change in Central European Comparison - Winter 2014
In February 2014 Public Opinion Research Centre investigated how citizens evaluate the system change, which occurred in 1989. In January or February of this year under the umbrella of CEORG a comparable research was done in Poland, Hungary and the Slovak Republic.

In January 2014 CVVM investigated, how Czech citizens evaluate material living conditions of their households and economic situation in the Czech Republic. During January and February 2014 comparable surveys on this theme were carried out also in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
The Possibility to Influence Public Affairs and Political Decision-making – February 2014
In February 2014 CVVM investigated how people evaluate their possibilities to influence public affairs. Specifically, questions concered to possibility to openly express view of problems in society, in the town, in the state and the posibility to achieve their legitimate requests. We asked respondents to assess their possibilities to influence political decision-making and also the effectiveness of each activity. Opinions on Undemocratic Alternatives of Political System - February 2014
18% of Czech citizens would agree with return to the communist way of government, about the same share would approve authoritarian regime of strong leader with no parliament and with no elections, while three quarters of public disagree. Only 3% of Czechs think that the country should be governed by military, 94% dismissed such an idea.

Public opinion on the political system in the Czech Republic - February 2014
In the February survey CVVM focused on views of Czech citizens in the political system in the Czech Republic and to what extent can our political system be considered democratic. We asked respondents to assess the political system in our country before 1989, the political system after 1989 (in the 1990s), the current political system and their views on what political system will be in our country in 10 years.

Public attitudes to the functioning of democracy in the Czech Republic - February 2014
In its February survey CVVM explored the views of Czech citizens in political system and the functioning of democracy in our country. Questions concerned the evaluation of democracy as a form of government, satisfaction with the way democracy works in our country, likelihood of dissolution of parliament and abolition of all political parties and attitudes of Czech citizens to such a situation.
