In March of this year, respondents of the Public Opinion Research Centre evaluated the urgency of solving in some areas of public life. The most urgent problems are supposed to be corruption, economic crime and immigration.
Public opinion on foreign nationals settling in the Czech Republic – March 2019
In March 2019 the Public Opinion Research Centre examined as a part of its survey the opinions of the Czech public on long-term or permanently residing foreigners in the Czech Republic.
Specifically, there were examined attitudes whether there are too many, appropriate amount, or too few foreigners living in the country, whether foreigners should have the right for the long-term residing in the country and whether the state should allow them to settle here permanently. There were also examined the reasons for the acceptance of immigrants and whether they should adapt to Czech customs.
Trust to Some Public Institutions – March 2019
In March 2019 as a part of Public Opinion Research Centre's survey there was a question investigating citizens' trust to some social institutions.
Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation in March 2019
In March 2019 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.
Likely voter model in March 2019
In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in March 2019, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: the likely voter model and the party preferences.
The likely voter model indicates anticipated result of hypothetical elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the time of conducting the survey.
The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.

Citizens on Economic Situation of the Czech Republic and Living Standard of Their Households - February 2019
According to the February survey of CVVM, 49% of people evaluate the current economic situation in the Czech Republic as good, 36% view it as neither good nor bad, and 13% consider it to be bad.

In its regular February survey the Public Opinion Research Centre further examined whether people think that politicians are interested in the views of citizens, and whether in the opinion of the Czech public, people have certain opportunities to influence the public sphere.

In February 2019, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated how satisfied they are with the situation in 29 selected areas of public life.
Attitude of Citizens about Social Policy of Families – February 2019
In February 2019 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to social policy of families. Respondents evaluated overall approach of the Czech government to social situation of families with children in the Czech Republic. Next citizens commented on specific measures related to family policy and the issue of introducing free lunches for children in kindergartens and primary schools.
Confidence in some institutions - December 2018
In December 2018 within the regular survey, the Public Opinion Research Centre (CVVM) questioned respondents about their confidence in some institutions including the Ombudsman, the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Audit Office, the Czech Statistical Office, the Czech National Bank, and the Office for Personal Data Protection.
