Evaluation of Andrej Babis' Cabinet - February 2019

In February survey, the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on evaluation of Andrej Babis' government. 42% of Czechs are satisfied with the person of Prime Minister, 52% are dissatisfied, 47% are satisfied with government's performance and 47% are not. Government's program 52% of Czechs evaluate positively, 34% hold the opposite stance. Communication with public is seen positively by 45% of Czechs, 47% evaluate it negatively. Personal composition of Babis' government (37% satisfied / 54% dissatisfied) is area in which we found the most critical evaluation of public.

Confidence in constitutional institutions and satisfaction with political situation in February 2019

In February 2019 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.

Voter preferences to the European Parliament in February 2019

In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in February 2019, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the European Parliament. In the press release there are two different types of information: the voter preferences and the party preferences.

The voter preferences include only the views of those people who are likely to vote, while people who do not yet know how they will vote have their own category here.

The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.

Inflation And Real Income Of Households In View Of Public - January 2019

36% of people believe that for the income of their household they can buy or pay less than a year ago, 51% believe that the real income of their households is about the same as a year before, and 11% of respondents said that their real income during the last year has increased.

Likely voter model in February 2019

In a survey conducted by Public Opinion Research Centre in February 2019, we investigated how people trust to political Parties and whether they are willing to take part in elections to the Chamber of Deputies. In the press release there are two different types of information: the likely voter model and the party preferences.

The likely voter model indicates anticipated result of hypothetical elections to the Chamber of Deputies in the time of conducting the survey.

The party preferences give us information about public sympathy for political parties in the group of citizens who have voting right and there is also included a part of citizens who will not take part in elections or they do not know who to vote for.

According to the January survey of CVVM, 52% of people evaluate the current economic situation in the Czech Republic as good, 33% view it as neither good nor bad, and 13% consider it to be bad.

Why People Have Borrowed Money, What They Currently Pay, And How Easily - January 2019

In January 2019 survey the Public Opinion Research Centre examined a set of issues relating to money lending and debt repayment. Respondents were specifically asked whether they had borrowed anything in the last ten years, what loans they are currently repaying, those who owe money were asked, whether it is difficult, or easy to be repaying their loans, and how they evaluate the importance of generating financial reserves in their household.

Opinion on the Indebtment of Citizens and the State - January 2019

In January 2019, the Public Opinion Research Centre investigated views on the problem of indebtment. We surveyed the opinion on the level of indebtment among the Czech citizens and on the level of indebtment of the Czech state. With regard to these two fields of indebtment, we also asked questions about how serious a problem the current level of indebtment poses to the Czech people.
