In November survey Public Opinion Research Centre asked respondents some questions concerning decrees of the President Edvard Benes.

In December 2016 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to events on Ukraine. Questions focused mainly on opinions towards concern with the current situation on Ukraine and perception of the situation as a security threat.

According to November 2016 survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre 13% of citizens regard taxation on high-income earners as high, 27% say it is adequate and 50% think it is low.

The November 2016 survey of the Public Opinion Research Centre included issues related to social policy. It surveyed citizens' views on that how much the individual areas of social policy are secured.

In November survey CVVM investigated how sympathetic or unsympathetic are some selected countries to the Czech public. In this survey 27 countries were selected.

November research focused on priorities in funding of some individual areas of social policy from the state budget. Respondents should sort ten selected areas of social policy from the most important area to the least important area for them.

In December 2016 CVVM included in regular research questions connected to Christmas traditions. Questions focused mainly on observance of concrete Christmas traditions in Czech households.  The most common and frequent tradition is the Christmas tree decoration which keeps the majority of respondents.

In the November survey the Public Opinion Research Centre of the Institute of Sociology of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic posed to all respondents a question: "How satisfied are you with your life? Are you very satisfied, rather satisfied, neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, rather dissatisfied, very dissatisfied?"

In November, the Public Opinion Research Center of the Academy of Sciences interviewed citizens of the Czech Republic on topic of financial security in pension. Questions were focused not only on subjective concerns over lack of economic resources or trust in welfare state but also on actual preparations, namely investments and savings. The results suggest that the economic prosperity of the country in last few months reflected itself into optimism of the Czech population regarding to awaited retirement. Still, there is an alarmingly small number of people with bad living conditions who cannot save up for their future.

In December 2016 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.
