In its February survey CVVM examined attitudes of Czech citizens to roles of men and women in family. According to the Czech public opinion should be the domain of men in a family doing common household repairs. Cooking and tidying up were considered as typical women's activities.

In February 2016 Public Opinion Research Centre included a block of questions connected to family policy and the care of parliament about social situation of families.

In February 2016 the Public Opinion Research Centre included into its regular survey a few questions concerning so-called Islamic State.

In February, the Centre for Public Opinion Research asked respondents who was the most significant personality of public life in the past year. There was no offer of answers given to respondents so they had the opportunity to respond absolutely spontaneously. They could mention up to two different names. Results of our survey show that, for the Czech citizens, the most significant personalities are high representatives of Czech country and government.

In its regular survey ‘Our society’ in February 2016 the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on the reputation of 26 selected occupations.

In February 2016, citizens of the Czech Republic evaluated how satisfied they are with the situation in 29 selected areas of public life. The best evaluated areas are the selection of goods and services (75% satisfied) and culture (67%).

In January 2016 Public Opinion Research centre investigated, how Czech citizens evaluate material living conditions of their households and economic situation in the Czech Republic. During January or February of 2016 comparable surveys on this theme were carried out also in Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.

In February survey, the Public Opinion Research Centre focused on evaluation of Bohuslav Sobotka's government.

According to the February survey of CVVM, 31% of people evaluate the current economic situation in the Czech Republic as good, 40% view it as neither good nor bad, and 26% consider it to be bad.

In February 2016 within the regular survey CVVM SOÚ AV ČR, v.v.i., questioned respondents about their confidence in constitutional institutions. In this month there was a question about their trust to the Chambers of Parliament, the President, the Government, and Local and Regional Councils.
